Indexing of Mining Records
Project Type: Document Scanning and Indexing
Technology: Fujitsu Document Scanners, Omnipage OCR, ScandAll Pro, Microsoft SharePoint
We completed a project where we were tasked with the Due Diligence of a large mine acquisition. As part of our process we prepared the paper mining files with separator pages, scanned them using software which would automate the naming and sorting of files by file type, then ran OCR on the completed files. We then built a custom application inside of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 to parse the indexed data and provide a searchable database of all files. All files critical to title research were identified and further indexed to specific mining claims so they could be quickly filtered and located by our customer.
Simplified CRM Application

We developed a customer relations management system to simplify onboarding and training of marketing and sales staff. Although many CRM solutions exist already our customer requested a solution with only the required features they needed that they could host on their own infrastructure.

We work heavily in industries, such as Oil & Gas, where spatial awareness is a key project concern. We specialize in taking raw spatial data from multiple sources and displaying results on custom web based maps that work across all modern devices. We work to ensure that real time data entered into any numbers of systems can also be displayed real time on a easily digestible web dashboard.
Abstract Digitization
Project Type: Document Scanning and Indexing

This project involved taking a large quantity of paper abstracts and digitizing/indexing them so that individual documents could be located quickly post-acquisition. These abstract files were scanned using separator pages and then renamed based on the abstract index using an in-house developed automation program. The entire project was then uploaded to Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and made available to a large project team handling the transition of assets.
Day Rate Time Management

We produced a specialized time management system for use in industries that are not based on hourly work. Common in Oil & Gas and legal fields, we have customers who require a time management system that works based off of the day rate system. Our custom solution is user friendly, works on all modern devices, and has functionality to export data to many common accounting systems.
IT Infrastructure Enhancement

We worked with a large construction company in an effort to handle their quickly expanding technical needs. Faced with tackling the challenge of a large central office and numerous small continuously moving remote operations, we met with their executives and managers to develop a plan for new infrastructure and project workflows to better handle their day to day needs. We were able put in place new server and workstation hardware, connect all of their networks, and help to install and configure better fit software for project management, file sharing, and full system backups. This project increased effective communication for the company and helped to boost project efficiency and cut lost time for all projects across the board.
